Teaching
I specialise in teaching Managerial Economics at the Masters and Executive MBA level for prominent business schools across Europe. Using a combination of lectures, case discussion and group activities I have introduced over 5,000 current and future managers to the economic way of thinking.
I have integrated digital experiences with my classroom teaching and continue to experiment and innovate with pedagogical techniques. I have written my own textbook and produced a suite of videos, quizzes and other resources that help student engagement. My classroom simulation to reduce the EU debt burden was covered by the Financial Times, City AM, BBC Radio 2, and Zero Hedge. I have also developed a role-playing app for the financial crisis that I use with students, which was covered by Business Insider.
From 2016-2022 I was Head of Teaching and Learning for the London campus of ESCP Business School, where I received the 2018 Teaching award.
